"Property is pretty south on the south side. Newer place, that was beautiful. No resturant on site currently. Bar in lobby. Couple issues we had; the bathroom doors are sliding barndoor style- 6 inches in width to short on eachside leaving gaps...ours would not stay shut constantly rolling open. I brought this to the reception and owners attention immediately. Day 4 it was addressed, but only stayed shut half the time. Quite an issue when traveling with someone other than family. "The apartment was amazing, had everything we needed. Towards the end of our stay we were getting the bands from a hurricane which cause some leaking in our roof, they immediately moved us and upgraded us. We will be back. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is friendly, the rooms are great. Highly recommend"

"Our family stayed here and had a wonderful time. It's just as described, and Aileen, Randy, and their staff were all very friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Our 4yo especially enjoyed spending lots of time in the pool! (Incidentally, we loved being able to enjoy the rooftop space, along with 2 patios off of our condo.) "Ed.and Lynn are gracious hosts, who operate this cool little property that's somewhat off the beaten track, and off the grid. And that is both the good and not so good. If you take this property for what it is it is great. Ed and Lynn operate these cabanas with a loving hand. The cabanas are smallish, but up- to-date, clean and neat, and comfortable. We did most of excursions while staying in Caye Caulker so I can’t speak to those services here, seemed they offered a good list of adventures each day. We did rent a golf cart at the resort and that was super easy to do. "

Great place to stay

"First and foremost, the staff are wonderful people. They were welcoming and accommodating. We had a unit on the water and enjoyed the view and easy access to the beach. The restaurants are good and the Happy Lobster around the corner is also good. They arranged our groups ground travel from and to the airport and that went perfect. We arrived by ferry and the scheduled shuttle ferry filled up with a large group before we had our luggage. They returned quickly for an unscheduled run to get all of us. The rooms are very clean and staff came daily to restock and clean. The north side of Caye Caulker is developing but easy to rent a golf cart to visit highlights like Bliss Beach or south side with many restaurants. Thank you, Blue Zen "

"Excellent property, probably the best on the island. Located just north of San Pedro town and an easy golf cart ride away. Close to the Truck stop/food carts which has several options for eating. Also not too far from Secret Beach. Beaches are well maintained and staff is very friendly and abundant. Multiple pools which are convenient and clean. The main pool is super pretty with views of the ocean. Overall an excellent property. A nice perk is they do laundry room service for free but I had something new ruined so I wouldn’t suggest having them clean anything valuable. If you want to get away from the town chaos, this is a perfect choice. Highly recommend it."

"I would stay here over and over again. I loved everything about this property. My room was undoubtedly on the beach! It is also located near the docks to get picked up for a boating activity. The security was great and friendly. Thank you to the guard that caught the lizard for me. Also Vince the concierge was great. I would definitely recommend Bananas on the Beach to anyone that goes to Belize!"
