"Our stay at Ashton Court over Spring Break was wonderful. We rented a three bedroom condominium that faced the water. Had a balcony with beautiful views, condo was updated and very nice. Nice pool and bar that we used on the days we weren't at the beach or on the water. The staff was excellent, always available, made all our dinner reservations, security guard onsite all night and the owner, Ken, was there the entire week we were. "Great location away from the loud streets of San Pedro. New resort with a great pool. Only 5 mins boat ride away from San Pedro. Rose, Loretta and Daryl were amazing along with the rest of the friendly staff. "

"The condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Well stocked on amenities. The only issue is that it is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. It is about 1hr away from secret beach on a golf cart. Downtown is about a 25min drive. Cecelia was very helpful and we felt very safe and well taken cared of. We will definitely come back. "

"Stayed in a double room. Payed $7.50 USD extra per day for a small fridge (requested ahead of time) and felt it was worth it. View was good. Enjoyed an ocean breeze but shared deck limited the use in my opinion. Never ate at the restaurant. They did rent out bikes but you get a better deal if you go a little further down the street (keep for 24 hours for slightly less $, instead of returning at 8pm). Kind of bummed pool closed at 9pm. No one really was around to serve you in the pool bar but it was cheaper to go buy some rum and juice at the grocery just 1/2 block a way so never really bothered me. There’s a lively bar just next door if that’s your thing but they shut down by 12 every night so no bother there. Walking distance to everything but a bike is nice if you’re going to the split and a must for the north island. You can walk from the Dewey dock. Our highlight was fishing off the pier at night, security guard was fine with it. Brought our own poles, bought local sardines, caught and released tarpon, bonefish, all sorts of snapper, etc… I would definitely stay again! Location, fishing, pool, price. This is why you stay here. Not luxury but a great vibe if that’s what you’re looking for. "

Great modern hotel best accommodations on the isle

"We was greeted at the boat and walked to our room by the concierge. The room was great. Pools was great. Boat taking us to the south island ran like clockwork. We was there during hi sargassum season and very little issues. People working at every level of the complex was nice. Even the construction workers. View is excellent also. Pools good. Best place on any of the islands we have visited. "

"The hotel was perfect! It was spacious, had everything we needed (Wi-Fi, working AC, a small kitchen, sitting space, and a little patio), and we had a great view of the beach! The beach was right in front of the hotel, and everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The housekeepers cleaned up all the sand we tracked into our room daily, thank you! We would stay at Jan's Hotel again!"
