"This is my second time staying at the Posada de Arte. I enjoyed staying here because the place is comfortable, and at walking distance from the thermal baths. My friends and I really enjoyed having dinner there. The food was very tasty and the presentation was beautiful. The breakfast was really good too. I will definitely stay in La posada de Arte again. "The staff was great! The amenities were great! I own a maintenance company so it is an area they need to take a look at. Our Spa tub filled VERY slowly and drained even slower. The skylight about the toilet leaked during the rain in room 26. None of these issues would prevent me from going again and I would have stayed longer if I could. However, I have bad pollen allergies and something was bothering me since it is 300 years old and has no A/C I had to leave. LOVED our Stay!"

"Excellent stay. This is a family run hotel so very unofficial and welcoming making solo impromptu travel much easier when any reservation changes occur. As a solo traveler I felt extremely safe staying there and felt more like home than a hotel. One of the owners was also immensely helpful towards helping me arrange last minute tours I wanted to do and really made my stay in Banos exceptional. "The place was great. It was clean, had drinking water and a nice shower. The best part was the location It was a couple streets away from the Main Street with all the restaurants so quieter at night but an easy walk. But by far the most amazing part was the son and his Dad. The Dad greeted us upon arrival and he and his wife checked us in. It was the fastest checkin we’ve had.
