It was Fall and after mid October so the pool was closed. Grocery store just up the road. Anne of Green Gables museum 5 minutes away. You will not be disappointed. "We had a pleasant overnight stay in the autumn off-season. Our room and the Inn were very quiet, especially with few other guests. It is an old building with some oddities of slightly sloping/uneven floors. However, this just gave it more character and it seems to fit very well with the Green Gables history of the Cavendish area. "If you're looking for a place to sleep, enjoy the the area of Cavendish without a bunch of tourists, then book this place in September. It's not fancy, but you get a bed, a bathroom and a very friendly chef for the free breakfast. "
