The room was immaculate and very clean.The entire night i heard no sound or disturbance.And above all the staff was courteos and very helpful.I would definitely recommend it to anyone who plans to stay overnight in Catania.

Property in great location, lots of good restaurant's,but limited access with car due to market shutting down streets 6 days a week , parking is 12euros a night, air conditioning in room barely working, also the place could use some tender loving care.

room very nice, but no window. good location, and really a B&B in an apartment , and owner contacted us to meet him, but was not there at the time, but sorted out in 20 minutes. Breakfast a bit light and prepackaged.

Alfio the owner provided exceptional service ,the room was clean and practical, location is very central , the exterior at night looks a little daunting but you are 3 minutes from a major plaza , price was appropriate..

The flat has a shared kitchen, so you can cook. A market is close by where you can buy all food including vegetables and fruits. The location is great for restaurants, transportation. So I would recommend.

Un peu difficile à trouver. Il faut vraiment avoir un gps pour s'orienter car aucun signe, ou indication qui montre qu'on est arrivé à la bonne adresse. Aussi, il faut communiquer avec le propriétaire pour qu'on nous laisse entrer. Il n'y a pas de code ou de boîte à clés à l'entrée. A part cela, tout est ok. Bon emplacement, bonne chambre avec tout le nécessaire.

Superb room, quiet, nice bathroom. Very friendly welcome check in at 11 instead of 2pm. WiFi works fine. Coffee machine in common area.

At very short notice (due to a last-minute cancelled flight) the hotel staff were tremendously helpful and proactively gave us all the info and directions we needed to get there from the airport, also preparing the room for us quickly. They also speedily responded to any queries and requirements we had. I couldn’t fault them. The location is very central, next to a lively dining / bar area of the town which offers a lot of choice and a short walk to the main attractions in the old town. The room was very clean though could do with a couple of snags ironing out (such as the shower bracket needing fixing). Facilities could be described as a little basic but comfortable, quiet and great value for money, especially in terms of location. The staff also helped make a rather stressful situation of very last minute hotel booking a little easier. Grazie Mille!

The owner helpful but reliant on Google translate. Parking is not free and was 12 Euros overnight while the room was 100 Euros incl. local taxes. The coffee machine was broken and an improvised fix had been applied but it leaked badly. Breakfast was self-service and okay but lots of packaging and economical. The room was clean but we booked a Queen bed x 2 and got a double bed and a double camp bed with a screen. There is a fabulous market that pops up early morning but you cannot exit the car park easily as a result and the streets immediately outside the unmarked building smell of fish. I can’t rate this property above 2 stars despite the owner’s best efforts to be helpful. 1 night is enough.

It is ok!
So hard to find the hotel and there is no sign at all. The name at the bell, is a personal name and you have no idea that the hotel is there. The description shows 2 queen, and we got just 1 queen bed. The room was not ready when we arrived at 4:30pm and they told us to go around and have fun. When we came back at 9pm, we rang the bell for more than 10 minutes and called them and nobody answered. We were luck that we saw the owner coming back from the Festival. Overall, the hotel is very close to Etna Street and the owner was nice.

My husband and i thought that although luxury catania wasn't easy to find .it was in a very good position to very big market and lots of shops and restaurants luxury catania was very clean nice room and you could make yourself coffee in the kitchen when ever you wonted staff was very good too

Er behauptet dass ich den Schlüssel nicht abgegeben habe, obwohl ich Beweis Fotos gemacht habe und eine videocamera offensichtlich die Schlüssel gezeigt habe. Der Chef hat mir permanent geschrieben, wie man böse Bewertung geben kann. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht mal gereinigt. Essen gabs nicht mal zubereitet und der Personal war sehr respektlos er meinte ihr müsst doch eh nur schlafen. Konnten nur italienisch und wlan ging nicht, obwohl wir es abgesprochen haben all die Dinge. Hat er einfach gesagt. Ja ich mache es. Ich würde es keinem wünschen Dort hin zu gehen
