"This place was perfect for our vacation to Italy! Room was clean, comfortable and the bed was excellent. From day one our host made us feel welcome and explained everything very well. Breakfast was great and we found some amazing restaurants within walking distance. Close to metro and train. We would stay again for sure. The only negative I could find was the size of the shower (being a tall guy, this was a challenge), but by no means did this take away from our vacation. There is a reason this...

"This was the first place we stayed on our trip and Renato was very helpful. He was a great host, providing helpful information and was very available and friendly. The included breakfast was very good. Overall the room was small but adequate for our needs. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the most popular attractions and just a couple minutes from public transportation. "

"We loved everything about the B&B Easy. It has everything you could wish for. Jacuzzi in the bedroom is lovely, kitchen area with great selection of breakfast goodies and the very helpful owner Maurizio. It was our Honeymoon and the place has a real romantic feel and we couldnt be happier with the stay!"

"We had a lovely family staying here. The host was great and we felt very early welcomed. The accommodation was spacious and clean. A free breakfast was included in a nearby cafe. It was next to the metro so very convenient for the Rome sights. Would definitely recommend."

"Nice Spaceous room and bathroom. Extremely comfortable bed ,with memory foam mattress and pillow. Only downfall was that sheets were spotted and not in prestine condition.A bit far away from main attractions in Rome . 35min walk to Colosseum and 40min walk to main train station in town."

"Our stay was amazing. Eleanora was amazing and gave us so much advice on places to eat, travel etc. The room was spotless and so comfortable. Great location, we walked most places. Metro is 3 min walk to get to all the top spots. Would definitely stay again"

"The handsome boy who checked me in was very helpful and kind. The beautiful lady or checked me out was also pleasant! The chef and coffee maker was so cool and I will def be coming back in a couple of weeks because hotel was safe, room was nice bed was very comfortable and it’s right next to metro. "Host was nice. He explained all about nice places around Big Room for family and were good and separate bathroom Stayed in potos room. Shared corridor kitchen very clean n nice. Equipped with everything what needs for cooking, washing, day to day things Wifi available, nearby 24 hr supermarket. Underground was 5 min walk Balcony attached We recommend it for big family visiting rome. "

"We chose the Best Western Plus Hotel Universo as it is walking distance from the Rome train station. We were upgraded to a larger room with sofa bed. It suited us very well. The breakfast had a lot of options and staff was very attentive with coffee orders. We ate dinner one night at the restaurant which served some Roman classics and it was good. Overall, would stay again and recommend this hotel. "
