"Our group of six had three rooms at this property and also had dinner at its fabulous restaurant. The proprietor, Joseph, was the highlight of our experience. He was welcoming and made us feel like we were in his home. We enjoyed a beverage in the hotel lounge and the homemade breakfast cakes and cookies with our expresso and cappechino in the morning. The dinner and the hotel were a nice break on our drive from Positano to Sicily. "

Phoned B&B, with some difficulty, and someone arrived by car, after considerable wait, to lead us at high speed through narrow streets, to B&B. After rushed introduction to room we were left alone at the site. Overall welcome was extremely poor. Room itself was good except the clear glass bathroom wall might be a concern for some. Later that night we discovered there was absolutely no hot water...
