The overall cleanliness wasn’t great; the bedding was not that clean as there were brown marks and pink stains on the duvet sheets, and the toilet had some marks from the last guests, I presume. "The pods themselves are great. Very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Did encounter an issue with the heating upon arrival. POD was so hot inside the surfaces were too hot to touch. Never had this happen before. Calls to office and emergency line were not answered. Had to drive around looking for someone and a nice staff, Kirsten, at the event facility helped me. Finally had to disconnect heating completely from pod. Unfortunately had to stay in the pod all night with the doors...
