"Good hotel about a 15 minute walk from town centre. Staff are friendly. Good value. A bit of road noise, but there are rooms on the other side of hotel which will be quieter. Amble parking and easy access. This is my 2nd time I've stayed and would recommend."

"The one thing it happened that took me by surprise was the fact that the hotel tried to charge my card several times even though I had selected “pay at property” so that wasn’t pleasant do deal with as I thought I might have lost my booking. Apart from that everything else was really perfect. "Beatufully renovated rectory. Code key entry after 6pm. Honesty bar. Coffee and tea facilities. Good, freshly prepared breakfast. Exceded expectations. Just wish we had been able to arrive earlier to take advantage of the surroundings."

"Easy, friendly check in. We were early but left our luggage at reception, and still got our room earlier than check in time! Breakfast was delicious, plenty to choose from, the pancakes were yummy! Rooms very comfortable and was great having a bath and a separate shower. So close to the centre too! Would stay here again for sure."
