"Fabtastic location right next to the train station. Great communication with the Giorgi Homes / Wonderful Italy team via Whatsapp. The apartment worked perfectly for a shorter stay and the kitchen had basic equipment for cooking but no salt, pepper or oil though. "

"Residenza Ariosto is an excellent place to stay in Bologna. The apartment is not luxurious but is clean ,comfortable and has everything you need. The apartments in via Marsala are in a great position to explore and enjoy Bologna. Instructions for check in are clear. This is our second stay and we highly recommend."

"It was a single unit flat which we liked. It was absolutely good for privacy and quietness. The space inside the flat was very well organised, but small. It is close to the city, but at the same time quite and far from concrete and buildings. It was a pleasant stay, and with the good weather, in spring or summer it should be amazing! We staid in late October and it was rainy, so couldn’t enjoy the full potential of the property. "

"The location can be quite noisey from the outside bin collection at late hours at night, but overall a very pleasant stay. The sofa beds could do with an upgrade. The mattresses were a little uncomfortable."

"Great apartment but the building is undergoing some massive renovation and there was a lot of noise during the day and construction scaffolds everywhere. Both balconies in the apartment had scaffolding out front so we couldn’t use them and had to keep the windows closed. The area isn’t great, typical university type vibe. Didn’t feel unsafe at all, but lots of graffiti. If we go back I’d probably choose a place closer to piazza maggiorie. "

"A great place to stay for our three nights in Bologna. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance. There are grocery stores nearby and a good restaurant across the street. Our place also had a washing machine, which I wasn't expecting. Although a bit dated, the apartment was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. "

"We had a very nice stay at Casa del Laureato. We were worried at first because the building was nondescript but upon entering the door we were pleasantly surprised. The apartment was bright, clean, spacious, modern, cozy and organized. Wonderful restaurants are directly next to and across the street from the apartment. The area is quiet and extremely safe. The apartment itself is very clean and modern. "Extremely close to the train station. You can just walk across the street and the hotel is in front. Breakfast is a bit hard to get food. Not replaced as it is emptied. Sausages especially. Too many tour groups use this hotel and is used by tourists. Reception is not able to give advice on how to get to things like pharmacy or banks. Their solution was “take a taxi” Bologna is undergoing a great deal of street construction so a taxi is a waste of money and time in blocked traffic. "
