"After difficulty finding and getting to the barge. (I’d recommend contacting owners - you often need a code for locked gates to get quai side - they don’t give you this information so you need to request it) we found the setting beautiful. Loved the decor in the Art Deco room of the Barge. The hosts provide everything needed, even putting milk, butter and orange juice in the fridge on arrival which was a nice touch. "Comfortable, Central location, close to everything including Metro from airport. The beds very comfortable, and rooms very quiet for great sleep. Morning breakfast was convenient and opens early. The girls at the front desk were all very friendly and helpful. The area around the centre closes early, with just local bars & bistros open after 8pm."
