"The staff are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was clean and relatively quiet, there was occasional noise in the walkway below but did not bother us. The only problem for me was that the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. I moved to the middle of the bed in order to get any sleep at all. It did not bother my husband though. "

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, in fact they saved us an arduous walk when we checked out by highlighting the vaporetto route that could get us to where we needed to go (sadly I cannot remember the name of the staff member who told us, but thank you!).
