"Nice modern rooms with lots of nice features including a nice breakfast basket. Also Hotel is centrally located for nearby historic quarter and Papal palace and duomo. There is parking at the hotel with a cost, but as its inside the ZTL its not easy to get there avoiding the one way streets. Spa was still being built but will be nice when done. "

The staff were helpful when we asked them questions, but the site is large and quite complex to find your way around; more information provided at check-in would be good, or in the rooms. "This is a stunning country estate with a historic villa and guest home. It is exquisitely decorated and immaculately manicured. It is set in a bucolic field of olive groves with a beautiful pool. The owners are engaging and the staff is very attentive. It is by far the most charming spot in the area. "

"Beautiful room with exposed brick wall and feature lighting. Nice bathroom with large rainfall shower head. Serene room with comfortable bed. The room is very quiet even though there is a busy piazza with plenty of restaurants and activity nearby. Easy to access free parking nearby with an elevator taking you up to the city center, only about 8 minute walk to the lodging. Very welcoming, helpful host."
