"Hotel is up an amazingly steep mountain with multiple hairpin bends, not for the faint hearted but amazing drive for our Porsche. Hotel son and daughter very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are clean but basic, towels very old. We struggled with the fixed menu food offering and there is really no where else so you have no choice. Breakfast is very much cake and meats and quite limited. However for the experience of being at the top of a mountain with only cows with bells, it Is unique"

"We loved everything about our stay!! Antonella I think was her name the owner was very attentive even before our arrival answering our messages and requests! The hotel itself is beautiful looks brand new! Our room so spacious and finally a comfortable bed where we can rest!! Nice pillows too! "These were holidays to remember! I travel a lot but hardly ever did I experience such a high level of hospitality, courtesy and culture. Gianmaria and his staff were very much welcoming, always happy to provide tips when it comes to the places of interest, restaurants and wineries nearby. "Perfect location, so close to the open theatre, restaurants and shops. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was ready for us even though we arrived in the morning. Our room was small but the bed was comfortable and it was handy having bedside tables that charge your phone wireless. The bathroom was a little tired but shower was powerful and we had a balcony with a view of the theatre. We loved the rooftop bar, even if the drinks were a little pricey. The complimentary appetisers were delicious though. Breakfast was delicious. We would definitely stay here again! The only suggestion I’d have is, it would be nice if the hotel celebrated special occasions with something complimentary in the room like a bottle of wine or chocolates. They knew it was for a special occasion but they only offered for us to pay for balloons, flowers or wine. It would have just made it extra special."
