"Very clean, new condition. Valentina is so helpful and caring. Breakfast was especially good and Valentina made sure my vegan preferences were met. This is the type of place and staff that causes us to want to stay longer or at least come back. "

"The staff was very helpful and friendly, the restaurant Casa Masi was incredible just make sure you reserve a table because they get busy. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely for our stay, the only thing I would say that was an inconvenience is that the bathroom in our apartment was downstairs from the master bedroom but other then that we will definitely be coming back here."

"Charming little room right in the heart of the hilltop town of San Miniato. The checkin was super easy and the room was very spacious and easy to get to right at ground level with a separate side entrance right by the front-desk checkin. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property is very nice and they keep it super clean. The only issue I had was with regards to parking. The maximum time you can park is 2 hours, so i got a ticket for going over the time. To make matters worst, itwas supposed to be free parking on Sunday, but when I got up they were towing all the cars. Thankfully, my car wasn't towed but I got another ticket. It's not a big deal, just be aware. There is ample parking in a gravel lot. "The room was very convenient for visiting the Leonardo museum. There was a restaurant near by for supper. We came by bus so we had to watch the schedule out as it was a Sunday and there were only two buses back. Coffee and tea was appreciated. "

"We stayed as a family and enjoyed the properties facilities including pool swings and outdoor games. The Tuscan dinner was enjoyable with amazing views. Property in convenient to local restaurants and provided a great recommendation list. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return. Great value. My only suggestion would be to provide some basics on arrival such as tea, coffee, milk. A hairdryer would also be useful."

"Castelfalfi is a tucked away paradise in Tuscany. I was genuinely wowed from the moment I stepped in the lobby. Besides the beautiful views and the amazing rooms, one of the best parts was the service. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, at home, and fully taken care of. The little details and surprises every day were amazing. Thank you Benjamin for upholding the perfection of hospitality! I would also like to call out the restaurant thats right in the hotel. Every dinner was spectacular. The specials each night were to die for!! I am normally not a big hotel breakfast girl but everything was amazing each morning and they remembered all of my preferences after day one. I recommend doing the wine tour early in your stay so you can try all of their wines made on property, pick your favs, and order them throughout your stay. Lastly the spa is beautiful and the massages are so professional and well done! "
