"I don't think the owners (especially the wife, Clara) realises they are in the hospitality business. - Paid for a sea view and did not receive it. Clara blamed expedia. - Not even the bare minimum is provided in the apartment (which was on expedia as an aparthotel-it definitely isn't). - Wasn't cleaned at all during our stay, in fact we had to clean the whole apartment 'for inspection' before we left. - oven but no oven gloves. - no tea towels. - had to buy toilet roll, bin bags, washing...

"I paid $550 for one night. I understand it was a last minute booking, but the mattress was extremely uncomfortable. I won’t go into detail about the room itself, which felt outdated for the price. "Die Kommunikation unter dem Rezeptionspersonal scheint nicht reibungslos zu funktuonieren. Unsere Buchungänderungen wurden nicht weitergegeben. Man kam uns dann mit dem Preis entgegen und sie waren bemüht eine Lösung zu finden. Das Essen und das Personal des Restaurants, vorallem Nicolo, waren super!
