"I booked two rooms and one of the rooms had non-working A/C and a back door to a common veranda that wasn't possible to lock. The management promised to refund the room but no refund was made. Hotels.com told me the property refused to refund. They had washer and dryers that automatically shut off at night making it impossible to open up the washer door to retrieve your clothes - the door was locked as the program wasn't finished. When I tried to call them for support, I got no answers. Location...

"Our stay at Moonfra was the best holiday stay that we have ever had as a family. From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was 100% perfect. Most of this was due to the manager Chiara.
