"We really enjoyed our stay at the Miason Lamartine, everyone was very nice and the location is excellent, many places to eat and shop. We were able to experience France and its culture. We recommend staying here if you are a foreigner and want to enjoy French culture. "

"The property is very close to the tramway and the main street of Nice. It was very clean and well appointed. The property itself opens on to a pedestrian street ligned with eateries. Staff were pleasant and helpful."

"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. For examples some light switch covers kept falling off, the sofa bed was dated, and the railing in one of the lifts was very loose/broken, but the location easily made up for it. "The staff is very friendly, you can get a taxi if needed in one to five minutes. The sea is only a few blocks away. There is a grocery store a block down, a pharmacy across the street, easy walk to the train station, and although the wallpaper is a bit odd, the room is nice and clean. I would add another trash can in the main area and give Americans a way to work through the television process, but otherwise it was perfect!"

"Tried a different location in Nice this stay and it was last munute and prices high. Overall good. Walk to beach, old Nice, main shopping street and port. Good (not small places as some other Nice hotel parking) underground parking (16€/day)."

"The 1 bedroom apartment was really cramped and not very clean. When we got to the hotel they charged us an extra 12 euros for parking. The sofa bed was not set up. The bedding was not clean as i found hairs on the sofa bed bedding."

"Property is a really nice old style flat, with a recently renovated kitchen. Its on the 5th floor of a 6 story building which has a secure elevator to access. Flat was clean when we arrived. It had a wrap around balcony with chairs and table for eating outside. I collected keys from My flat Nice's office located a 10 minute walk from property. "I thought the people at reception were lovely and welcoming as well as helpful. The view from the room was stunning and the bed was large and comfortable. My real issue was the fact that the loo just had a sliding door— unsealed, the wash basin was in the room as was the shower. OK for a young couple but the lack of privacy would be difficult for friends or couples who don’t know each other too well."

"I have stayed at Hotel Beau Rivage several times over the last 10 years. I love being so close to the sea as well as the market. The staff are very helpful and give good suggestions for dining. Rates are very reasonable in the off season and the hotel was trimmed up beautifully for Christmas."
