"Clean, comfortable, quiet, and such a lovely room with a balcony view that can’t be beat. The spa services were easy to schedule with the friendly staff (definitely get a massage while you’re there) and the location was perfect. We were a ten minute walk from the city center and felt both close to everything and far enough away that we could pretend to be locals. Couldn’t have chosen a better place to end our days in Tuscany. "

"Amazing stay at Rivalta hotel. Rooms are clearn and a good size, queen size bed is comfortable. Smart TV with netflix and hdmi. Bathroom is beautifully designed with walk in shower. Room has everything you need; shampoo/conditioner, body lotion, sew kit, shower cap, safe, ironing board, kettle etc. Location is fantastic, everywhere is walkable yo florence.
