The doors are easy to use (not always a given in Italy) and the staff made communication easy. My only criticism is that check in with only the landline number was very difficult. "Very nice apartment with a fantastic view. Safe and walkable area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Train/Bus station is a few minutes walk is all. Taxi stand right up the street in the town center. King bed was comfortable. One night of my 3 i had a very noisy neighbor and i could hear everything at all hours. The 2 nights later were very quiet. Kitchenette, hair dryer, and kettle provided as well as towels. Hostess was very nice and communicative. Use WhatsApp, very easy communications....
