"This spotless and modern hotel was a 10-minute stroll to downtown and close to several cafes and restaurants (including one in the lobby). The room was spacious and, again, spotless, and the bed was super comfortable. Everything looked brand new. If you tell them ahead of time you need parking, you might score a parking spot right downstairs. Either way, the second parking lot is literally across the street. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again."

"The hotel gardens and lobby area are beautiful. The rooms are a very good size. Half the staff are wonderful, the other half isn’t. Fairly modern rooms, but the carpet was separating from the wall in one area of the room making it a bit of a tripping hazard. Helpful tips: Don’t use the vending machine. Location close to a range of eating venues and Hagley Park. We walked from here into the city centre and botanic gardens. Room very clean. Would stay here again. "
