"Warm welcome as always with great concierge and front desk experience The room was more worn than on previous visits and would bereft from fresh pair and wood polish on chairs etc. The service during lunch was slow and disappointing. At one point we tried to order coffee in Portuguese but the waitress did not understand so we swiped to English but when asked for a traditional Portuguese liquor she did not know what it was and got confused… so we had coffee and left. "I highly recommend this hotel. The location was walking distance to an adorable market, the rooms were very large and comfortable, all with spectacular views, and the food is to-die for. Seriously, the food was absolutely incredible. "The staff was beyond incredible. The night concierge helped buy tickets for various activities. Very patient and friendly. The property is beautifully maintained and situated with gorgeous views.
