If Hotels.com has ANY minimum standard of quality for properties, this should certainly be below them. But hey, there’s air conditioning, and if your only goal is to stumble in (preferably drunk) and sleep, for as cheap as possible, you’ll happily get what you paid for. "

"Nothing fancy but it was as expected. Nice to cook our own food and take a break from dining out. Softer lightning would be good addition. Glad we stayed there."

"Liked cleanliness of apartment- everything worked fine. Excellent location for walking into Plaza Major and Old City. Food options very close too. Were able to find street parking although this required some searching around the area. Some details in the listing need updating , regarding what the property offers. "

"This is a very nice appartement hotel, located at the heart of Plaza Mayor. A must for Game of Thrones and House of Dragons fans. The Red Keep filming locations can be easily found by walking around the city. The different restaurants will offer great tapas, local beer and grilled meats. Prices can fit all budget. Rooms are very nice for 4 travellers, very well decorated and up to date. Visiting the terasse is a must; literally a hidden treasure of this place. Service is really...

"Parking is off site, so be prepared to lug your suitcases for a bit of a walk. The hotel, however, is amazingly nice. The rooms are slightly above average, but the building itself is a 14th century masterpiece. Breakfast is decent. The little lounge cafe is great to have for an afternoon tea or evening cocktail. The annual medieval festival was underway during our stay. I woke up to parishioners singing at 6am mass. It was a very memorable experience "

"Great location for access to downtown. The street is old-school residential style, within reasonable walking distance to the main attractions and many kinds of eateries. There is noise on the street, but that comes with the territory. The management was extremely nice and responsive, which made me feel even more at ease. If there is one not-so-nice thing I could say is that I should have paid better attention at the description of my room, but it was more my fault than theirs. At the end it didn't have a private bathroom like I thought I'd have, but a shared one instead - and it smelled like it had no ventilation whatsoever. I'd stay there again, just getting a better room."
