My husband and I were in Ravello for a wedding and satyed at Graal. It was wonderfully located, room was comfortable and had great breakfast. I will say the bathroom needs updating as there was some mould inbetween the grout and no where to leave your soap in the shower in the standard room. Also the first couple nights our ac was not working properly but we told the front desk and it seemed to resolve after that!

This hotel has poor accessibility, 74 stairs, no elevator or ramp to access and with all luggage was a nightmare, the staff was nice, rooms with poor cleanliness ,definitely I not recommend, 4 stars but for me is only 2 stars

"Great properly. There is a shuttle that takes up to the center of town but the times are limited and the last one is at 10:45 pm so if you want to be out later you must take a taxi which costs 25-30 eu. Michele the driver is great! If you want to stay mainly at the hotel relaxing it is great, beautiful ..."

"Fantastic hotel, I suggest renting some scooters while on the island, I wish I did. But my wife insisted on using the bus. The hotel was a gem super clean, an awesome pool and the staff were simply the best I've experienced."
