"They didn’t know we were coming. Ran in to make beds and leave two bottles of water. No heat, no TV…absolutely not as advertised, but charged beyond full price when we asked to leave. Terrible experience with absolutely no one on site to communicate with."

"It was a good property but it was the wrong time of year to be there. It is a seaside resort and it would be better to be there when it was warmer. The resort was too far from Monopoli for us and cost 25 euros for a cab. "

What a treat! Gorgeous hotel in the best location!

"We celebrated our 25th anniversary in Italy and stayed in Ostuni for just 2 nights. It was our first time there and enjoyed it. It was in January so SUPER quiet and not much open but we will be back with warmer weather. Room was huge and stunning. The entire hotel is charming and beautiful. The bed was extremely comfortable. The bathroom was bigger than most in Italy and the water pressure was amazing. Staff were friendly and helpful. "

The staff in Reception were very helpful in responding to questions about opportunities and things to do around Monopoli. We stayed in early January and it was an excellent 4 night break. A lot of people promenaded in front of the property but I liked that and it all quietened down nicely around 10.30 - 11.00 pm. A really superb location and the transfer to and from the train station in the old Citroen was fun...as there is no passing traffic in the old historic town...without special permits I presume. A great place to stay with helpful staff and a wonderful apartment."

"This amazing hotel has a great location over looking the white city of ostuni. We had a lovely experience and stay in this outstanding place. Everything about it was perfect: stuff, service, location, rooms, breakfast and lovey rooftop restaurant for a fine cuisine, view and comfort. We loved it and give it 10 out of 10!"
