"Great location within 10 mins walk from the Como main station, and short walk to piazza and pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The only down side is restricted flexibility due to lack of on-site staff. Early checkout by 10am and Checkin before 7pm. Also cannot hold luggage for the day given staff limited availability. Great place to stay otherwise "

"Had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights. The location is just fantastic and the suite was so beautifully decorated and spacious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There are no dining options in the building itself but plenty of excellent restaurants right outside the door spoil you for choice. V short walk to the lake. We will definitely be back!"
