"Rooms and daily cleaning staff excellent. Room small but very well appointed. Bathroom much more modern than expected. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location was excellent for public transportation anywhere in the city. Good range of shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. Front door lock was a bit tricky, not really secure. The entrance is on a side street which is cobbled and dark, but not unsafe. Stairwell not well lit after dark. "

"The staff at at this hotel were phenomenal. So welcoming and helpful. I cannot say enough about how positive unexperienced that was. The only negative is the location. It is in great proximity to the termini train station, but the surrounding area is a little sketchy. We did go out in the evening and encountered no issues, But there is a lot of graffiti and begging on the streets in the vicinity."

"Love the decor of the property. Our deluxe room was clean, spacious and had all the toiletries we needed, including slippers (bath robes would’ve taken it to the next level).
