Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Room was good size. Old building, very noisy area and thing walls. You can hear the neighbors showering, talking and coming and going. Street traffic is endless through the day and night these drivers love to honk!
One of our keys did not work, next morning we ask for this to be fixed and the lady reprogram it. At our return the key still didn't work. Went back in the
afternoon and the lady at the front desk very rude, gave us some attitude because we asked her to replace the useless key. She wanted to use same card and sent the bellboy with us to verify that will work, bellboy was busy with other guests and we were on our way out so we complained and finally she was forced to provide the new one.
I had a second reservation at the same place for another couple of days before flying out back home. I cancelled it. Did not want poor service and a very noisy stay again.
Also, the washroom can use a better cleaning practice.
