"I have a few mixed feelings on this review. Over all was great however we didn’t get our code to get in but a few hours before our 2.5 hour plane took off so that was stressful. When we did arrive at the home the code didn’t work at the house. I was able to reach a live person by phone and she gave me the code for the spare key lock box and said it would be reset, we ended up using the spare key for all 5 days.
