"The hotel was very quiet, clean, staff was amazing and professional. I felt extremely safe around the area and transportation was very convenient. 3 subway lines within 1 block of the hotel. Loved it. My only complaint was the swimming pool and the access to it. But other than that amazing staff. "

"I was pleasantly surprised by this property. The best is its location. You are right in the heart of shopping and close by to all the sites. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved how each day they delivered a bag of pastries and water to the door. The room was small like most in Europe, but worked out well for two people. Very clean. Would highly recommend and definitely stay there again."

"Beautiful property and extremely clean, only discrepancy was Expedia picture of my room selection vs reality, the Deluxe category shows enough space for a sofa which was never in my room. AC in on of the rooms reserved was also either set too high ir not working at all, my friend expended 2 nights without sleeping according. Other than that the property is very convenient and would definitely repeat."

"Gran View apartments is walkable, and has a grocery store in the same building. It also offers excellent views over Madrid, looking north toward the Guadarrama. The rooms are modern and in good condition. The appliances and washer/dryer are functional. The microwave is of the multi-function variety that doubles as an oven of sorts. Located almost directly across from the Callao metro stop, the property is centrally located for easy walking access within about 20 or 25 minutes to Madrid...

"Excellent staff, excellent location, only around 7-10 minutes walk to the palace, surrounded by shopping! Evening turndown service everyday and polite courteous staff throughout the hotel- from front desk to restaurant. Great spread for breakfast buffet. My only feedback would be to change the breakfast items every couple of days or so. Since we stayed 11 days, it got repetitive but regardless, quality of food was great! "
