A lovely property to stay at with great staff and a fantastic location. It’s smack bang in the city centre, so it is always busy and sometimes you can faintly hear the music coming from the street. There is a reed diffuser hidden in the room, so it always smells delightful and the breakfast options are tasty too. I would recommend for solo travellers.

The main thing we didnt like was the air conditioning which we could get right and both my wife and I got sick. It was either too high or not high enough. It blew directly on our heads on the bed.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The staff at Voila Hotel went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Our room was beautifully appointed with luxurious linens and modern amenities. The hotel's restaurant served delicious food, and the rooftop bar offered stunning city views. Very nice hotel conveniently situated in the heart of “Cartagena de Indias.” The staff was amazing. The locations too. At night you can hear the music from adjacent bars however, they stop by like 2am. Other than that, very nice. I would definitely repeat!
