A perfect walkable location within the walled city. Quiet hotel at 2 steps from the night party in the neighbouring streets and La Trinidad Plaza. The staff here are excellent, friendly and very accommodating. The location is great for walking and shopping. The room we were in, a deluxe room needed attention. AC didn't work correctly, neither did the TV. Soap dispenser in shower not working. Entry door to room hard to open and close. The facility needs some attention but the staff and location were superb.
