The staff is what makes this hotel special. They go above and beyond to help and accommodate you. The breakfast is splendid and helps you kick off the day. Another wonderful extra is the refreshing pool after walking the hot city.

The staff here are excellent, friendly and very accommodating. The location is great for walking and shopping. The room we were in, a deluxe room needed attention. AC didn't work correctly, neither did the TV. Soap dispenser in shower not working. Entry door to room hard to open and close. The facility needs some attention but the staff and location were superb.

A perfect walkable location within the walled city. Quiet hotel at 2 steps from the night party in the neighbouring streets and La Trinidad Plaza. Superb experience at Hotel Casa Pizarro. Charming small hotel with local flavor, and to my taste much preferable to an antiseptic chain hotel. Staff was charming, warm and so very kind and helpful, breakfast was superb, loved the rooftop and my room, and location was great. Really perfect and I’ll be back.
