Room was small but ok for a one night stay. The check in process was a bit uncomfortable as the staff asked for payment and it was already prepaid. I had a receipt as proof but they could not verify, so I had to get online and contact Expedia customer service who called hotel. It took some time and it was late and very hot since there is no AC in reception area. The breakfast was good and the bed pretty comfortable, which can be hard to find in Colombia.

Nuestra experiencia en este hotel fue francamente terrible. Desde que llegamos nos dimos cuenta de que el lugar está muy descuidado y sucio. Las habitaciones se ven viejas, con un olor fuerte a humedad y a encerrado que hace muy incómoda la estancia. Las toallas estaban en muy mal estado, percudidas y hasta rotas. Algo increíble considerando que además fue el hotel más caro de los tres en los que nos hospedamos durante el viaje. Para empeorar las cosas, el cargo lo hicieron por adelantado a la tarjeta, cuando todavía ni siquiera habíamos salido de México. El servicio y la organización del lugar dejan mucho que desear. Prácticamente no hay recepción clara y todo es muy informal. El internet es casi inexistente: si quieres señal tienes que ir hasta la entrada, cerca de donde está la cafetería. En las habitaciones simplemente no funciona. La habitación que nos dieron estaba muy deteriorada. Había una televisión, pero ni siquiera tenía control remoto, y cuando lo pedimos nunca resolvieron el problema. Lo más absurdo fue al final: nos cobraron 50,000 pesos por lavar unas toallas porque según ellos estaban sucias. Algo completamente ridículo considerando el estado en el que ya estaban cuando llegamos. En resumen: caro, descuidado, mala atención y cobros injustificados. Definitivamente no lo recomendamos y aconsejamos a otros viajeros buscar otras opciones antes de reservar aquí.

Tuve un viaje bastante largo de mas 13 hrs lo único q quería era llegar al hotel, llegue 40 min antes del check-in y a pesar de que el cuarto estaba disponible y no había nadie mas sino yo, me dijeron el cuarto esta disponible pero que tenia que esperar en sala hasta que fueran las 3pm, apesar q les dije q estaba casada me dijo el chico q me atendió q son ordenes de la gerente, wow toco esperar sentada 30 min hasta que a las 3pm me llevaron al cuarto que estaba al lado donde yo estaba esperando solo dije WOW.

COLD FREEZING SHOWERS IN A TINY ROOM

The hotel room is not the on pictured in the site. Is not a room, is an storage room turned into a room under the stairs. The shower had only cold water, it didnt work. we had to beg to shower in another room because there were no other rooms available (the person on the front desk at night opened a room being painted to let us take a shower there)

Bien situé au cœur de la vieille ville dans un bâtiment ancien rénové Accueil passable (Porte fermée à 10h du matin) Chambre au RDC avec fenêtre sur cour à éviter par les claustrophobes ! Pour 115€ on aurait espéré de l’eau chaude (promise pourtant) Pas de wifi dans la salle de petit déjeuner

Muy buen hotel

El hotel está muy bien, la habitación muy cómoda, la gente ente que nos atendió en nuestra estancia súper amables y colaboradores. El desayuno estaba delicioso. Los espacios comunes, como la piscina y terraza con jacuzzi muy agradable. Fue una buena estancia, la habitación tenía un poco de humedad pero estaba muy bien. La relación precio - confort está perfecto.

O hotel é bem bonitinho e bem localizado. Fiquei num quarto que era no fundo, perto da copa ... então muito barulho logo cedo com o café ! Cama super confortável ! Chuveiro quente ! Café da manhã bom ! Como fiquei em outro hotel antes que achei bem melhor, não repetiria esse ... mas ele é um bom hotel e seu ponto alto é a localização!

Outstanding customer service.

This is by far the best customer service small hotel I have experienced in my life. Small hotels have usually a much better and user friendly environment than the bigger ones but this one is outstanding.

We did not stay in Casa Tablada because they had an overbooking or some type of issue and they did not notifies us until I call to find out if all was ok then they told me I was moved to another hotel much different than the one I booked. Therefore my review will go only to Hotel Boutique Casa Heredia because the staff there made worth the stay and the good review, otherwise I’m extremely disappointed at hotel Casa Tablada because my reservation was donde since March and they should not have done what they did.

They Cancelled My Reservation Without Telling Me

WARNING: DO NOT SUPPORT THIS HOTEL BECAUSE THEY MIGHT CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION LAST MINUTE WHEN YOU ARRIVE! I reserved AND prepaid for my reservation months in advance to stay at this hotel. Also, shortly before my arrival, I contacted the hotel letting them know that my flight would arrive well past 10pm and informed them that I would be checking-in very late. I received no response at the time, but did not think much of it. On the night I arrived, the concierge/attendant (I believe his name was "Augusto") told me that they were fully booked and that they did not have room for me. I was upset but calmly informed him that I reserved a room months ago and that I even paid in advance, but he just gave me some lousy excuse about a screw up with their system. (To me this sounded like an obvious lie.) He stated that once they discovered the screw up they booked another room for me at a different hotel. The suspicious thing about this, however, was that they never once attempted to contact me before my arrival, nor did they receive my consent to stay at another hotel/location. It was only when I arrived (late at night with little to no options to stay elsewehere) that I was told I could not stay! When he showed me their "sister" hotel (Casa Heredia), it was clearly inferior. Just imagine being told all this after a long flight. It is extremely unprofessional, to say the least. Casa Heredia generally has cheaper rates on any given day, so they essentially charged me for a stay.
The lounge area where they told me they had to transfer me to another cheaper hotel even though I prepaid and reserved months in advance.

El cambio de hotel no me favorece

Me cambiaron de hotel , me di la oportunidad la primera noche y hoy es la segunda noche, pero el ruido es impresionante. Definitivamente me fue muy bien tiempo atrás en Casa de la Tablada, pero en Casa Heredia (no lo conocía) mucho ruido en las noches. Además que comparando el costo de la noche es las barato Casa de la Tablada. Ojo, la atención de la gente muy buena, pero las instalaciones no.

CASA TABLADA NO ES DE CONFIAR

No respetaron mi reservación hecha con 3 meses de anticipación. Al llegar, nos dijeron que tuvieron problemas con el proveedor y que no tenían cuartoa disponibles. Yo habia leído que es algo que hacen con frecuencia, asi que ya lo esperaba. Nos recibierom en la puerta, ni siquiera vimos el interior del hotel. Tampoco explicaron qué pasó, o qué opciones teníamos. Nos mandaron a Casa Heredia. Un chici muy amable del café junto a Casa Tablado nos ayudó con la maleta oara llegar a Casa Heredia, en donde nos asignaron una habitación diminuta, sin ventilación. Nos quejamos e hicieron el cambio. Nos ofrecieron también el transfer al aeropuerto. El personal de Casa Heredia fue muy amable. Noa comentaron que el cambio de hotel se realizó hacía un mes. ¿Por qué casa Tablada no nos contactó? En fin ... se resolvió, y pudimos disfrutar Cartagena.

Dette var andre gang vi har bodd på Hotel de la Tablada og vi er strålende fornøyd med begge opphold. Strålende service fra et imøtekommende og hyggelig personell. Hotellet har glimrende plassering midt i gamlebyen i Cartagena.
