"Great affordable place to stay for a weekend ski trip at Heavenly. Very close to walk to the gondola. Some rooms have a place to hang skiis and poles, although you may have to request it since I didn't get a room with this feature this year. Rooms are kept nice and warm, and comes with a small kitchen. Continental breakfast in the morning has limited options but it's free food. "We stayed at this property for two nights in July 2024. Tahoe had been experiencing a heat wave, so I wanted to cancel a week before arriving. Karen (the owner) made it clear that wasn't allowed. This property doesn't have air conditioning and is very old and dated. In our particular townhouse the sink in the bathroom didn't drain well, upstairs floor is very noisy when walked on, rooms did get very warm and uncomfortable despite the 70 degree weather.
