"We had issue with our original property. However, it was esybto communicate with the staff and they promptly moved us to a different property which is even much more better than the previous. Staff were courteous and responded to our needs promptly. Its been less than a few days we moved out. Hence, i am awaiting a refund of the deposit paid. Otherwise, i appreciate the service provided."

"Arrived to find directions sent us to the wrong place. Arrived at apartments and checked in. Room on 2nd floor. No TV remote. 50% of LED spotlights not working. "The Hen House cottage was a great place to stay for our trip in the Durham area. The village of Brandon is a beautiful location for going for walks in the countryside and with a great pub/ restaurant called the Bay Horse Inn on 50m away it’s a perfect place to stay. "First and foremost, do not book this place. We arrived at the property around 5pm because we had been at the museum all afternoon. Before getting there, we had picked up ready meals for dinner.
