Avoid if you possibly can. Be aware that if you have a car there's an additional $20 a day parking fee for the third party parking deck attached to the hotel.
I checked in on Thursday January 16th. Discovered an old bar of soap in the shower, a sink in the bath room that would not drain, and blood on the bottom bed sheet which was not mine. I alerted the front desk to this and on Friday they came and changed the bed and fixed the sink. There was no coffee service that Friday. The sign on their mirror says they service the room every other day. I checked out on Monday January 20th and The room was never serviced between Friday and Monday. If I wanted coffee I had to go down to the front desk and ask for it. The bed was never made except for that one Friday.
I guess the lack of service is the new norm since COVID. I'm a big fan of Hampton inn and I'm a member of Hilton honors but I have never run into a situation with a room like this particular facility.
