"Fantastic little hotel, hidden away on one of the most central streets in Lisbon. A short walk from both Rossio stations and tram 28. Great value, the rooms are very comfortable, with good storage space. The bathroom is very practical with a powerful shower and ample space for toiletries. The breakfast selection is as good as any five star hotel but the greatest asset is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff who seem to speak most languages fluently. "Amazing property in a historical building. The staff is super helpful. We extended our booking for a day but the room type we were in was sold out so we booked a deluxe (however didn’t want to move rooms). The front desk got us a free breakfast because we didn’t take the upgrade. Room service was spot on, including turn down service. "

"The hotel is really nice and well located. However if you get there by car, make sure to let the hotel know in advance. The hotel is on a restricted area so you can’t get there by car unless they provide you with a code. You have to park in a public parking 2 blocks away."

"There are many 5 stars hotels, but the difference is in staff. This hotel has so helpful and nice staff that is just a pleasure talking to them. Hotel is older (there are some visible cracks) but very well maintained, clean and safe. Breakfast is amazing! Every time I travel to Lisbon I'm staying at that hotel. If you can afford the price, you should choose this one - you will not be sorry. "

"The hotel is conveniently located. The staff was friendly enough. The rooms were cleaned and the bedrooms were comfortable. The restaurant for breakfast is great but I don’t recommend it for other meals. However, we did like the breakfast and the morning staff. Shout out to our waitress Inosha Sashikala, who was always very polite and helpful."
