I would never stay in the hotel again and next time I'll go to Savoy. "The property is showing its age, but the room was in great condition and the bed was very comfortable. When I arrived the pool was murky, but by the time I left the water was crystal clear. The gym area is not great, no A/C, but if you're willing to sweat it out, it'll work ... I used the treadmill for an hour and was soaked when finished. Overall this hotel served its purpose and I will use it again."

"Won’t be back. Concierge not helpful. Unit not as described. Air on dripping on floor, no hot water, loose floor tiles, cockroaches on counter. Gross. "

"crazy loud outside almost every night .. the area is nice , access to many things .. the condo is good , No amenities like a hotel , but still good for the price .. "

"The host was very well mannered and hospitable. She assisted us in every possible way she could. I commend her for her duties well lived and the place and stay were highly exceptional. Would definately visit here again soon."

"Great location close to the airport, 8 minutes max. The building and Room were excellent for the price, spacious living area and bathroom, hot shower, comfy bed, very clean, water dispenser and cooking facilities, cold aircon. Coupla minutes walk to 2 malls and eateries. Expedia stuffed up my Booking but the owner/ manager Rea resolved it in a few minutes, even upgraded our room, would definitely recommend and stay here again. "

"The buildings, property, pool, cleanliness and staff were excellent. The location was a bit isolated from everything and there wasn’t much nightlife. You had to travel quite far for any of that. I was surprised by the dining experience as many of the dishes , beverages etc…that I and my wife wanted they didn’t have and we had to settle for third and fourth choices. We arrived late around 9:30 pm, checked in and were told that the Sports bar was open for food until 10:00pm. We went there...

"What is there not to like about this property. Ive been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years and the only thing i can say is that the hotel and its staff is awesome! The location is great since its only a 15 min walk to the Ayala Mall and there is a 7-11 right next door to it. The breakfast buffet is great with a large variety of food and drinks. The rooms are kept very well and clean. Had no issues with the facilities. The staff was always courteous, hospitable and wjlling to help me with what I needes. The only complaint I had is pretty minor, the glass barriers by the pool needs to be cleaned a bit. Calcium build up is blocking the views of the city a bit."
