"We had an unforgettable stay at Kilkea Castle! From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the stunning grounds and historic charm of the property. We stayed in Carriage Room 230, which was beautiful and had great viewst thanks to windows on all sides.
Dinner at Hermione's was a real highlight — not only was the food excellent, but the view of the illuminated castle in the evening was absolutely magical. After dinner, we headed to The Keep bar for drinks, where Andrew, the bartender, made the experience extra special. He was friendly, personable, and made us feel right at home.
Later, we took a peaceful walk through the rose garden and along the river to the pond — a perfect end to the evening. Breakfast the next morning was inside the castle and just as delightful.
What really stood out was the staff. My husband had accidentally left his wallet at the bar, and everyone — from the front desk to our servers — made sure we got it back. Their kindness and attentiveness made us feel so well cared for.
Highly recommend staying here for the beautiful setting, great food, and outstanding service. We’ll definitely be back!"
"One of the best trips we've ever been on. The food was impeccable, the service was outstanding, and we were made to feel so relaxed and like nothing was any bother. A truly luxurious experience with so many eateries to choose from - all serving brilliant food at fair prices for the excellent quality. We're already planning our trip back!"

"Good hotel but a 20 min walk into town if you don’t mind walking. Rooms in Hotel needs a bit of a renovation with safe air conditioning and mini fridge. "
