"Expect that your stay reflects how much you’re paying or less, nothing fancy, the constructin on building 2 is not completely done do not expect extravagant, the food for breakfast was not the best either better to eat somewhere else. The towels are thin, there is no formal receiving area on Ludy’s 2. Not organized the aura/vibe is not welcoming. The owner was really, really nice, very accomodating, other than that there is nothing special in this place. It only looks good in the picture. Please improve your kitchen di ing area and your receiving, also make the toilet clean. Constructions are substandard quality."
"My check in was late in the day. I had a child with me who had mobility issues at that time. The initially chosen room for us was at the second floor but they found a way to look for a room for us at the ground floor in a short amount of time. Really appreciated that. The room was a bit warm or didn’t get cold enough and cellular and internet connections were dead in our area but didn’t matter to us at that time since we were only there overnight. Even if old, the hotel looked really well maintained and still retains its grandeur. The employees who attended to us were also really good."
"What I like about this property was the serenity and peaceful place. The resort is tucked away overlooking the Visayan sea with endless ocean view where the very next island stretches all the way to Masbate island in Central Philippines. "
"Overall the Caza was a nice place and well kept. The staff was friendly and willing to accommodate when asked. The only issue I had was they charged my for two breakfasts when my girlfriend only had coffee. When I confronted them about it they argued and would not change the bill. It was the only issue I had and felt it was cheap enough it didn’t matter that much. I would stay there again even with that experience. Nice place to stay."
"It’s like a home away from home. Few steps from the beach, one can hear the roaring waves while dining. Restaurant is simple. but love the home- cooked meals. "
