"Friendly staff, check in process was quick and easy. The room was not smelly like some rooms at pet-friendly hotels. The white bed linens and towels passed my ultraviolet light test. There were no stains and in good condition. The furniture surfaces and appliances also passed the ultraviolet test. The toilet in the bathroom, however did show signs that it WAS cleaned with a detergent, but not completely wiped away. I did not find this a big deal since the floor, sink and tub were spotless. "After a long drive and then a family funeral, this hotel actually became a refuge from the stress. The staff was outstanding and the rooms very clean and comfortable. For being so close to a major roadway, the rooms were surprisingly quiet! Would recommend this hotel to anyone. "

"I love the inn. Staff members are always friendly, the room is always clean, and it’s always comfortable. I love the location, as well due to its proximity to downtown and campus. A bonus now is they’ve decorated for Christmas with numerous beautiful trees."

"I was in town to visit my mom at the hospital. It was a great location, both close to the hospital and with lots of amenities nearby. The property itself was spotlessly clean and also very quiet, which I appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment that I needed. The mattress was a little hard but comfortable enough. "I liked the laminate floor. I was disappointed that my accrssible room did not have a shower chair. My partner is disabled and couldn't take a shower. This was the first night in Rm 216 on Nov. 19th. On our return we stayed in Rm 105 that had a shower chair. That was fine. I was surprised Tru did not have shower chairs for the accessible rooms without chairs."
