Very poor check in and no communication at all
The room was fantastic but the check in experience was very poor.
We had a printout from an email which said to use the Gileston Manor Courtyard with cream gates as the entrance, upon arrival at 7:30PM (more than 3 hours before check in ended) the gates were locked and the number provided was going straight to voicemail. Texts and voicemail was left with no response.
After waiting for 20 minutes with the car hazards on, on a main road, we decided to look around and parked in the Manor Estate and walked around to unlock the cream gates.
The email printout said that the parking is directly to the left after the cream gates yet there was a sign there saying no parking!
Eventually we found the correct car park after an hour total from arrival no help from the printout!
If it wasn't for this it would be a 10/10 - after a very long drive we at least expected the print out to provide reliable information.
