"Very spacious two bed two bath apartment on the top floor. Kitchen was well equipped for making breakfast and easy dinner. Check in was made easy by staff Great location. A 15 minute walk to the Castle and a little longer to the train station. Great value for the price. "

"Ours was only a one night stay so i didnt have to catch my usual train home. Exceptional stay and are goibg to stay again. Could not fault nothing. The xmas lunch was on tbe pricey side but as a one iff was a treat. I should have mentioned to waitress that lunch although very tasty was lukewarm. No complaints from me otherwise "

"This is a very reasonable and nice place to stay for the price. Upon arrival, I was confused about which property I would be staying in, but after opening the doors and reading the signs posted inside, it’s very straightforward. The woman next to me did not have a code for her room and struggled to reach anyone at ~9pm, so, if you’re reading this, make sure you have your code ahead of time. The rooms are small and quaint. Lovely stay in Cardiff

"Although check-in wasn't until 15.00, we arrived around 10.30 and were able to deposit our bag early, for a fee of £4, which went directly to a local children's charity, so no qualms at all. From the moment we arrived until our departure next morning, the service was excellent, friendly as well as efficient, and didn't seem at all forced. Our room had a quite large entrance area with wardrobe and tea/coffee making facilites, leading up to the sleeping area, which although not huge, was perfectly adequate. The room, including the bathroom was spotless, the room was a very comfortable temperature, and we were fortunate enough to be on the quieter side of the building, so had a very quiet night. Breakfast was perfectly adequate and the hotel is centrally located so ideal for our trips to the Christmas markets. "
