Like -- The Monday morning 11/11 breakfast was excellent, staff were very courteous and helpful. Dislike - room was extremely dim, window shade was broken, and the indoor pool and "hot" tub had no heat and no "out of order sign" so as to be useless. Fix this or take it off the website as an amenity.

the hotel was booked solid but majority was college students that were in town for some competition, so in the morning you could not even go downstairs and get anything so I just left to go elsewhere. And they were not bad in noise or anything but could hear them through the walls all night . But for their age and college they were respectful in all.

The room was very large and had a lot of comfortable seating choices. I couldn't believe how spacious the bathroom was either. Very clean. We had a quiet night.

Very nice and clean. Some of the property has gotten a little worn down. The bathtub has chipping paint. The door wouldn't lock without a lot of effort. Most disappointing is that this is the second time we have stayed there in the last 6 months and the hot tub is still out of order! The staff is very nice though!!

The key card system was not working upon arrival. They had to let us into our room by unlocking it. The doors at both ends of the hotel were standing wide open which is not safe. The room was not clean - one of the queen beds did not have sheets on it. It is a very very old hotel. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

The hotel was very nice. We checked in at 4:30 PM and were given a room. When we went to the room, the room was unlocked by using the dead bolt. In addition, the room looked clean, but under closer inspection, the room still had rings on the bedside table from glass wear and there was no shampoo in the bathroom. Not a huge deal, but check in is supposed to be at 3! Then we found out that the hot tub was not working. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times over the past 2 years and this is the first time that I could not give it 5 stars.

Worst stay in my life
Check in already knew it wasn't going to be a good stay, I was originally given a room on the 1st floor, and when I got here I was given a room on the 3rd floor and I am disabled. Room definitely had not been cleaned well, torn up paper all over the floor, tables and desk were not cleaned. Not going to even mention the bathroom that my wife had to spend 20mins cleaning before we could use it. I most likely will never ever patronize this place again, especially for $200 a night.

Tried to check in at 2:00 and knew it was early but they said they thought they could accommodate us. Then when arrives they said maids still catching up on last night when they were booked for a conference in town that we were part of. Returned 5 hrs later and they still weren’t sure if they had a clean room but did find one. Room was nice, staff were helpful,good breakfast with 2 hot things: egg scramblers and sausage.
