That being said, I didn’t have too much trouble communicating. The view from the balcony is amazing and a 12/10. The hotel definitely seemed older than they let on with the pictures but otherwise a clean bed and towels. My issue is that the air conditioner did not work and two of the three lights in the room did not function. Difficult to shower...

Todo ponto que talvez seja considerado como negativo (reforma - manutenção em geral no hotel) os colaboradores do hotel convertem em atendimento humanizado. Não basta apenas ter a estrutura física impecável. A atenção, presteza faz a diferença. E o tempo todo os funcionários perguntavam como estava a estadia, mostrando preocupação e isso é muito bom. A vista da praia através do quarto é linda."
