"One of bathroom button not working(cause us cannot use the shower head),guest bathroom sliding door is broken,has to lift up and slide hard take several seconds to close and open,upstair bathroom the botton of switch not function,half of the water coming from shower head half from tap,they said will fix it several times(I reminder them three days)but no one comes to fix,under the bed is very dirty,at beginning no any toilet paper has to use kitchen towl"

"What an amazing vacation spot! The view from my room left me in awe! The beach is beautiful, the pools always had lifeguards and were so kind. The breakfast buffet in the morning was so delicious and had so many choices of foods from different countries. Staff was amazing and provided exceptional customer service.
