There was also plenty of off-street parking, which was great. The street right outside the hotel is pretty busy, and there are a lot of potholes. It is also walkable area, to the palace and main street, The staff was very accommodating allowing us to park in their safe garage whole day when we checked out to visit the palace. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "

"Passed by through Caserta on our way back to Rome, I'm so glad we did it. It is a beautiful city. Staying in B&B Ninfa made it much better. I'm happy that I found it and it was available. The room is big, clean and very comfortable. The rate was excellent for the 3 of us. Easy to walk around the historic area, 3 minutes away from the Palace and restaurants, very nice! The host was there waiting for us and guided us through everything. I wished I could stay longer."

Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow. After numerous complaints our room was changed after 24 hours of suffering (96 degrees F). Immediately after we moved, the room was assigned to a different guest from the US. The only positive: housekeeping is great and location. The breakfast is mediocre. The palace is about 30 min walking...

"We stayed in the executive room with the jacuzzi bath in the room and it was simply the best, the room was huge, the bed was super comfy and the jacuzzi was absolutely amazing the staff were so very helpful in every way and it was a gorgeous hotel, the shuttle bus was superb to get you into the city centre and back, we would highly recommend this hotel "
