"This hotel was great! The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we were extremely happy with our stay. "If you travel from US under any circumstance do not accept room 108!!! Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow. After numerous complaints our room was changed after 24 hours of suffering (96 degrees F). Immediately after we moved, the room was assigned to a different guest from the US. "The hotel staff are very helpful and pleasant. The hotel is quite close to train station, the area is dirty and there are some homeless people around. We were not bothered from anyone during our stay. Just like any city you need to be smart and observant of your surroundings. The hotel has a great rooftop terrace that over looks the city. Incredible panoramic view. Overall this was a great hotel with very easy access to train station. "

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect."
