"Lack of parking, and couldn't access 2nd basement level parking at Adelaide St. When we reported this, was told to park on the street - there is no close street parking! Access card wouldn't open the terrace gate either. Checked with reception the next day and was told "oh yeah, other people have said that too". Thats not good customer service. "Property itself was excellent very clean and well furnished however bed was maybe a bit soft for my liking which gave me a sore back in the morning but just personal preference. We stayed a Friday night and the area around was very noisy, lots of honing and shouting possibly just due to being a Friday night. Would certainly stay again though. Best address in Rocky for sure"

"Spacious, clean and impressively maintained apartment. Good kitchen with plenty of appropriate crockery, cutlery and kitchenware. The view is amazing. Comfortable beds and bathrooms. Close to shops and beach. A bit of a task to carry belongings up the stairs. We have no hesitation in recommending. "
