"Easy instructions and helpful staff"

"Great stay for 6 nights! The hotel is really convenient for everything. Staff are friendly, particularly Anthony, who was very helpful, offering lots of travel advice and tips and went out of his way to help us with ferry times to Capri etc. Thank you so much! The only issue we had, was with shower water pressure but the team did everything they could to fix it quickly and efficiently. Breakfast choice was better than we expected with fruit, boiled eggs, croissants, cereal, it was enough to get...

"Comfortable room, excellent breakfast with Lisa. Lisa went above and beyond when the elevator wasn’t working. She helped carry heavy luggage down 6 flights of stairs! Elevator was the only negative, it was fickle. Sometimes it worked others time not. Must be able to hike stairs on the down time! "
